Making Arrangements

Our service starts the moment you contact us, whether by phone or calling personally into one of our offices. The arrangements themselves can take place at our premises or at your own home. We will discuss all aspects of the arrangements, and can advise on the costs and charges to be made, culminating in a full written estimate.

We will convey the deceased to our chapel of rest as soon as the doctors have given permission and you are happy for us to do so. This can be carried out at any time, day or night. 

We have a selection of coffins from which to choose, from oak or mahogany veneer to solid oak, bamboo or wicker. 

A hearse will be provided which conveys the coffin and bearers and we also have a limousine, which seats six people. Currently we own a Daimler Jaguar fleet. In most cases the bearers will carry the coffin on their shoulders as we believe this is a mark of respect to the deceased and reflects our past traditions.
